The QiSP-Tar group is a multidisciplinary group that brings together members who work together in the field of quality and patient safety in primary care and with great impact on the whole community.
L’equip investigador està format per professionals de la Unitat de Qualitat de la Gerència territorial del Camp de tarragona de l’Institut Català de la Salut, de la USR de Tarragona, del departament de Salut de la generalitat de Catalunya i de la Sociedad Española of Family and Community Medicine (SemFYC). The team as a whole has sufficient solidity in the quality and safety of patients and previous experience in research. In addition, different members of the team present a strong collaboration with experts in this sector at national and international level.
The group has funding from both internal calls from the IDIAP Jordi Gol and external competitive calls (Instituto de Salud Carlos III, Academy of Medical Sciences) and an active agreement with the Department of Health of the generality of Catalonia.
The main objective of the group is to promote research in quality and patient safety with the aim of providing safe and quality care to citizens.
